How does swinub learn ancient power? I know it says by lvling up in D/P but how?

Through breeding. You have to breed three pokemon in order for a Swinub to inherit the move.

You don't even need to breed Swinub for AncientPower unless you plan on using it competitively. Don't waste your time.
AncientPower is only available for Piloswine. You have to go to the Move Tutor in Pastoria City to learn it. After that, level it up once for it to evolve.
