what's the point of wayward cave. Does anyone know?:\
I think it's pointless.

Um Mirna or whatever her name is and Gible, plus it makes you have to teach flash to a pokemon.

to catch pokemon and get certain TMs. Other than that you might think it's pointless.
If you ask me that's like saying all the routes are pointless.

One part of it is slightly hidden under Cycling Road, so it could be the surprise of finding the second entrance.

Two. One is under Cycling Road.

I know the one under cycling road it was the first one I found but what about the other one?

There should be one visible on the right of Cycling Road. The second is actually under it. If you walk up to it from below it. You will reach the support or the entrance. If its the support, move towards the centre of the bridge. If you still can't find it, just move around that area.
