Lv 1 legue!!!!

Due to the sheer fun i got out of gyoku's lv 1 tournament i've decided to start a legue that functions much like the elite 4.
I'll start as the champ, a new person joins, they vs the lowest of the current legue, if they win they are that spot, they lose they go to the next stop down in the legue.
There are 5 spots in the legue.
Legue Rules: Lv 1s only.
No moves like dragon rage or sonicboom
No Hacked items. ITEM CLAUSE EXISTS
No hacks
Egg moves permitted
Tms permitted
Double battle 6 pokes.
MANAPY BANNED
No evolution pokes.
I give credit for the lv 1 idea to gyoku. I just changed it to a legue concept.
Legue placers can challenge higher members but only twice every 24 hours.
Anyone that gets into the place of champ will get an egg moved poke. EDIT: You can only get the poke if you put in another egg moved poke as an entry fee. you dont have to but you do if you want the poke.

Actually, I don't really think they are unstoppable. They are good but at lvl 1 every pokemon seems to be equal with every stat(except HP) usually between 4-7. Move sets, combos, and items are the key to victory.
