No legends
Lv 100 battle.

These rules are for joining The Neos . Also you need to face to join. But don't worried sometimes you don't have to beat me to join.Post Names and FC here.

Also if you have already joined a group like the elite bandits, and the takers or any other clan please do not try to join this one.
