Since I just recently learned how EVs and IVs work and how Physical and Special Moves related to Attack and SP. Attack, I've decided to remake my battle tower team (I'm going for the 100 win streak :))
My team right now consists of this:
Ludicolo - Surf, Ice Beam, Giga Drain and Hydro Pump
Magnaton - Lock on, Thunder Bolt, Zap Cannon, Toxic
Flygon - Fly, Flamethrower, Crunch, Earthquake
I've noticed that my Ludicolo and Flygon work pretty well together but my Magnaton is suckatron. I will replace pokemon if needed but I kind of want to keep Ludicolo and Flygon.
Thus, I need the movesets, EVs, and natures for all three pokemon. Thanks for your help!

Firstly, I assume you are playing D/P. So I will base the info on that...
Ludicolo @ Leftovers [Swift Swim] (This is a Sp.Sweeper Ludicolo)
>Modest
EVs: 252 SpAtk, 252 Spd, 6-SpDef
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Giga Drain/Grass Knot
-Rain Dance
Flygon @ Life Orb/Choice Band [Levitate]
>Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP
-Earthquake
-Dragon Claw
-Crunch
-Rock Slide
I'm not experienced with Magneton/Magnezone so I'll replace them with another Steel that will give you a wall just incase...
Skarmory @ Leftovers [Sturdy]
>Impish
EVs: 252 Def, 252 HP, 6 Atk
-Stealth Rock/Spikes
-Roost
-Whirlwind
-Drill Peck
You now have the two different sweepers and a wall, being very versatile in the tower. I hope this helps you out. Hopefully some other members will give you some advice as well, because I'm not 100% comfortable with this set. -Happy Battling!

Awesome! Thanks so much! Just one question: "Would Latias be a better replacement for Skarmory?"

Probably not. Although both Ludicolo and Flygon aren't exactly frail, they aren't concentrating on defence here so are more susceptible to damage (especially with Exploders). Ludicolo has high SpDef so can take a hit or two, and if you think you need a bit more lasting power use Giga Drain, although to be honest Grass Knot is a better choice for special sweeping Ludi. Adding Skarmory gives you more defensive options, while adding another special sweeper like Latias is somewhat redundant (ok, it has different attacking types to Ludicolo, and higher SpDef than Skarmory, but trust me not letting Exploders pwn you can make the difference). Besides, if you've lost Flygon and you're facing something with high SpDef, for example, you'll struggle if all you've got left is special attackers.

Well... I'm not exactly using this for Wi-Fi; the team's purpose is for offline Battle Tower. I'll come up with a whole other team for online battling.
