I think you should really find something better to use other than frosslass, at least look at it's stats on serebii so that you can see how bad it is.

Yeah and if you keep Dragon Rush, you'll be amazed at how many times it misses. I've had my experiences with Dragon Rush using Dragonite, and frankly, Dragon Claw is the better choice.

Replace Ambipom and Froslass with some actual Damage Absorbers. Also, an Anti-Gyarados Pokemon wouldn't hurt for you to add on.

(Vocab? Same to you too? :\) Zam, and Gengar has many similarities, gengar just has higher defense, but the spd, and sp attack is lower than that of zam

You don't need both Seed Bomb & Wood Hammer. Pick one. I go for Wood Hammer-I like the power, and the recoil is worth it to me, apparentl not to others. Curse might also work in there as well.

first of all, what are you talking about, second, it's a good thing that gengar has higher defense and immunity to groung,normal and fighting type moves so that if it get's in two hits, that will be way more than zam's 1 hit(okay maybe not way more but still more).
