I need some help with Absol

I really want to use Absol in my team but it has terrible def/sp.def, Personally Im all about defence and a large HP stat. Do you think its possible with the right EV training that an Absol could be defensive? Or is it better to simply focus on a pokemons strengths?

Alternately I was considering focusing on the Absol's speed/attack. Maxing those out with a moveset of
- Aerial Ace (to conquer its weaknesses of fight/bug)
- Night slash
- Thunderbolt
- ???

If I put swords dance in without subsitute, im sure that the Absol wouldnt be able to take a hit.
So Im not really sure what to do, I would prefer a defensive Absol, but again is that worth doing?

its possible for it to be ok/decent with perfect IVs and EV training, but id suggest focusing on its strengths

Adamant Nature
Ability: Super Luck
212 ATK/212 SPD/84 SP ATK
-Night Slash
-Psycho Cut
-Stone Edge
-Ice Beam

ice beam is a MUST on absol. with choice scarf, it will outspeed and save your team from being destroyed by those damn Dragons with Ice Beam. and yes, it should OHKO them. it's Sp Atk stat is not that bad... base 75 with just some evs will do the job.
