Flygon: Sure, I guess. I'd use a Choice Band here though

Umbreon: More HP please. Also, don't bother with attacking. Toxic's ok, I guess, but I don't like it, there are so many better things Umbreon can do.

Shuckle: Ew, Double Team. Lose this thing altogether, and replace with a defensive wall. I'm thinking Steelix:

Kingdra: Replace Flash Cannon with Rain Dance (Swift Swim abuse). Otherwise fine.

Gengar: Serious need to change your EVs. That much HP won't help him survive much. Better off sticking it all into Speed. Moves are ok though.

Ok, there is a harsh truth that all Shuckle lovers have to accept. Its true, it has the Def and Sp.Def of a God, but its HP is so horrible, that it dosent even matter. I dont like Steelix as a wall, even though it would make a good one if only it had better Sp.Def. I would suggest a Dusknoir. They not only have very good Def, but they also have good Sp.Def. If you use him, you must max HP Ev's. Get rid of Poison Jab on Gallade, and put in Leaf Blade.
