This thread is pretty much going to try organizing everything As far as the clan is concerned.

Testing battle: These are the rules for this. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES unless richard changes them for himself.

There will be NO UBER POKEMON used. If you do not know what an uber pokemon is. I will list them for you

Ubers - Pokemon that are too powerful in a competitive setting, and are thus banned under most conditions.

Ho-oh

These pokemon are NOT to be used in our battles. If they are then you will be kicked from the clan. unless agreed on BY ME to use my uber team along with yours.

There will be NO hack stat pokemon used in our battles. This is already known that if i find it. You will be removed from the clan AND you will be reported to the website.

These battles will follow standard rules, Sleep clause and double team clause. If you dont know what they are. Read my sticky on competitive rules.

Alright, Tournament information is finally here. I havent decided on a date yet. But Its coming very soon. here are the rules.

*There will be NO ubers allowed
*Legendaries are allowed as long as they arent uber
*No pokemon will have hacked abilities or stats. If they DO you will be removed from the clan with out warning. This is a 0% tollerance rule.
*Each battle will be 6-6, level 100
*Sleep clause and double team clause WILL be in effect.

These are the rules for the tournament. It WILL begin Next weekend on saturday. I haven't come up with a time yet however. When i do, I will post. Thank you for your patience.

The winner of the tournament will get a team created by me personally of pokemon and natures of their choosing. I will personally breed these pokemon myself for these people AND i will give them the moveset of their choosing. I cant promise shiny though.

I think I was made a leader by association, since me and Aya have been talking a lot. But even then, I have a slight reputation 'round these parts that I never thought I would achieve. So if anyone wants to question my role in the Leaders, we can settle it in the battle field. ;) Muahaha!

lol, RIchard is a great player. He was made a leader simply because out of everyone in the "clan" he probably is the best. Punishment is a very good player as well, which is why he is a leader. So dont really get upset because some people arent leaders. Things can change in due time

Well, See the problem is your pokemon, even with their natures and even though they are neutral nature for the most part, Their stats are insanely hacked. I present my example

Well, see here is another problem. If in fact you raised them that way. Then you STILL shouldnt have those kinds of stats. In having those kinds of stats, You also would have max IV's on your pokemon(IV of 31) If you raised them that way there is NO way you have those stats because i know people who ACTUALLY RAISE their pokemon using AR pokemon mod code and they dont have stats that insane.

i remember that used some code for max stat when you used like protein, then your attack stat would be at as far as whats legal, but i guess i was wrong.................as my own punishment i will willingly give away all my illegal pokemon that i used in a battle on wifi... nidoqueen will go to Hoshiko, and blaziken will go to Richard, as for the others there up for grabs by whom ever wants them....just trade me a lossy pokemon for them... is it all right if i stay in the clan? i well start all over with a new shiny party only with out max stats... when i have my party, i will post the stats to all on this forum to confirm that they are

As Aya said, hacking Pokemon isn't a bad thing. Some of us have jobs, family and other activities that makes it near impossible to do the things that some of these guys do (sit around all day and play a video game), so I see hacking as a sort of quick way to catch up with the crowd. And as long as you keep the stats within legal boundaries, I see nothing wrong with using an Action Replay, or Pokesav, to create your team.

I told this to Luigi, but I'll say it here.

Been a while since i post in our thread. i've done some training and i'm going to train some more. i just added 4 new members to my roster so i now have around 17 pokemon most of whom are done ev training. I'm going to train some more and try to figure out the right combination. I've also been studying some videos on youtube and learning different strategies and common movesets, so I can confidently say I should be a lot better the next time we battle aya :P Not to mention i should finally have excellent wifi connection. Maybe then you'd consider me eligible for a positon, lol.

I added some OU's to my team. I always wanted to battle with pokemon I like but then they don't always have the best movepool/ability/base stats.. I'm still going to stick with pokemon I like for the most part.. but I really don't think I can beat aya without using better pokemon.

@charlie. yeah you beat me before but i was using a much better team against punishment. i'm not going to reveal too much but i will say i had an umbreon which did pretty well during that battle. i barely won too.

Like you tried to me, you used ice beam thinking I would switch to something weak against it. What you should do, is to just go all out. I'm a strategical person too, but sometimes, things just have to go like this. Or, you can just experiment with a first move, then you'll know what second move to use. Easy as that.

haha, that's not what I did at all! I was expecting a Focus Sash or Endure move, then Reversal (that swept me once), so I used Ice Beam not knowing if Surf or Psychic would OHKO. Sadly, I was wrong, and it was just a typical Lucario. If I would have known that, it would've been dead long before Starmie was taken out by it. XD

Yeah, so I also wouldn't mind battling other clan members. However, forum chatting to set them up is a bit strange for me. I'm more used to challenging over mIRC. If you see me in the room for PC I am almost ALWAYS up for a battle unless I have to go somewhere soon.

As for right now I am up for battling over the course of next hour to hour hour and a half from this post. Any challenges after that are probably too close to work time for me to accept. I'd prefer all rules from the first post of the 'General competetive standard' sticky, sans Item Clause, Hax item clause, and Legendary clause (ubers still a no-no). If want to argue for any changes I am certainly open to hearing it.

None of that matters at all. As long as they don't know how you'll be utilizing the strategy, you should be fine.

good game. i totally won(6-0). and the parahax on weavile wasn't much of a difference maker. i was winning 6-3 at that point with your weavile barely holding on to focus sash. and i had a first strike move on my team so even if weavile wasn't paralyzed i'd still take it out easily. your team had trouble with blastoise from the getgo. but i know i did had some very good luck and you're usually much better than that.

you use UU teams though right? i have some UU's but i'm not sure if i have enough for a UU team.. I'd have to throw in some BL's or something in there.. Blah. most of my pokemon are OU/BL but most of my OU's are not as OU as some of the other pokemon..

there needs to be a OU of OU's for pokemon like metagross, garchomp, salamence, blissey, skarmory, those guys.. venasaur is OU too but honestly i've hardly seen any venasaur on wifi(in fact i've seen exactly one venasaur other than mine).. so obviously there needs to be a new category.

Yeah, I didn't really review the whole list, so flaws are probably pretty common.
