Favourtie Moves?

I know this may be in the Wrong Forum, but are there any certain techniques, or technique combinations that you are particularly fond of, or that you always put in your battling team's members move-sets?

Or, if your custom-making a Move-set purely from TMs, or have space for attacks in a move-set, what moves do you find yourself using most often? Do you have any that you particularly like to use?

Personally, I always end up teaching a fair few of my Pokemon "Protect" or "Recover", if possible. Or when I am wanting a strong attack technique, I always consider something effective like "Earthquake" or "Ice Beam" & "Thunderbolt". Normally I do try and look for a Move that matches the Pokemon's type, or one that the Pokemon naturally learns.

I've always been a big fan of hypnosis and dream eater, I also like giga Impact and flamethrower, ice beam, thunderbolt, psychic, earthquake and my most favorite of all, bubblebeam.

The moves that have saved so many times which is why i love them are ice punch, pain split, and hypnosis painsplit against blissey most of the time completely heals my pokemon and brings blissey down to about half HP
