Torterra moveset

I think this is his moveset. Is it okay?

[Bleach and Sunshine]

It's usually best to have 1 grass attack on Torterra. A physical attack. So best to keep Wood Hammer and Earthquake.

Frenzy Plant is no good at all with a pokemon like Torterra. Leaf Storm is pending. Replace Leaf Storm with Leech Seed and Leaf Storm with Stone Edge.

This is another useful moveset.

That is a nice set. Seed Bomb is an option over Wood Hammer, though its not my choice. Synthesis is also an option, though difficult to use with all these Tyranitar.

Leech Seed > Synthesis

With a slow pokemon like Torterra, it won't be useful at all. The amount of health is pending on Synthesis. It would be better off to use Rest. ;o;

Oh no, not Rest, not at all. To me, Leech Seed & Wood Hammer are debatible-excuse the spelling-cause if you use Wood Hammer, you really feel pain.
