Okay. I was thinking " What if the Sevii Islands are a mini re-make of the Orange Islands?" does anyone agree with me?

They really are nothing a like, so I don't think they are. Would be cool if they were though.

They have nothing in common, so no.. Maybe they originally wanted the Orange Islands but thought they wouldn't be interesting to players, and changed it to what it is now.

Not at all. Their only similarity is the fact that they're islands. Seriously, the Sevii Islands are as the name suggests; Seven Islands. From what I remember, the Orange Islands were a group of Four Islands.
All of the Orange Islands had their own Gym Battle type thing. Nothing interesting happens in the Sevii Islands, really, only when you had to defeat that biker gang, rescue the girl from a crappy Hypno, and get the Ruby and Sapphire plates.

The Sevii Islands are nothing like the Orange Islands. Enough said.

Agree with you 100% Maybe Nintendo thought up To put the Orange Island instead of the Sevii Island....
But then...If that would have happened...there's no need for the E4 in KAnto to be stronger and stronger...
