I will get both Eventually but I wanna know which one i should get first.its also sort of which one do you think is better or which one do you like more.

I would buy C.M first.
Not a fan of Portable Sims anyway.
btw Is cooking mama:cook off the new one?

I think so. Cooking Mama: Cook Off is on the Wii as is MYSIMS.
