There is already a club for Sceptile.
Sceptile is part of the Pokemon lizards club (http://www.pkmncommunity.com/showthread.php?t=91407&highlight=Sceptile+club&page=1) and is also a part of the Leaf starters club (http://www.pkmncommunity.com/showthread.php?t=93923)
