I haven't leveled it to level 100 yet but but I'm working on it. It's level 75 but I am currently iv catching an azelf so you would have to wait a couple days unless I get really lucky today.

also people offering evd can pike a shiny of my shiny thread but i will need a clone of my shiny back unlease it is rotom or ralts

Why do you need them at level 100, you can choose which levels they are if you battle someone so it doesn't make much of difference, just a time waster getting them to level 100

It has 255 in special attack and speed, 27 iv's in special attack and speed and 31 in hp.

I got a level 60 Modest Houndoom with Nasty Plot / Flamethrower / Dark Pulse / Hidden Power Ice (I'd need to clone it first though)
