Oh, I created LOTS of Pokemon... All of them are on my website, but for those of you who are too lazy to visit it, here's a quick summary of some of them in the provided format... Some of the attacks and/or abilities are made up as well... is that OK? (I'll star everything new.)

Appearance: Sort of Powerpuff Girl and Marvin the Martian-like. Pink and blue in color, big purple eyes, Marvin's helmet (a silver one, with flaps on the sides), starlike antennae, and what looks like a pink shirt with a blue star on it and purple pants. Cute!
Attacks: Same as Retron, with the addition of Psybeam and Luster Purge

Name: Neuric
Evolves to: none
Type: Psychic/Dark

Description: When it evolved, Neuric gave up almost all of its physical power for a Special Attack about equivalent to that of Mewtwo. Almost all of Neuric's weight is in its head, and it can't move around without the aid of its psychic powers. It specializes in beam attacks like the new attack Psybolt, as well as Psycho Boost and Luster Purge. But beware--it dies if it ever loses its powers.
Appearance: Sort of a cross between Kirlia, Bellossom, and Celebi--same helmet as Alphos except purple, blue antennae and wings with squares at the end, same "shirt" as Alphos except purple, black gloves with blue spheres at the wrists, a lavender skirtlike thingy with what looks like four purple Bellossom petals over it, feet similar to Kirlia's except pale blue and bigger... too much detail to go into...
Attacks: Same as Alphos with that addition of Moonbeam*, Psycho Boost, Hyper Beam (duh), and Zap Cannon

Name: Hottails

Description: Hottails is the evolved form of Ninetales. Each of its three tails is said to contain the power of a different element: fire, wind, and thunder. Hottails is almost as good a runner as Arcanine, and it looks likd of beautiful with its blue streamers waving in its path...
Appearance: Hottails sort of looks like a blue Ninetales, and for you Digimon fans, it resembles Kyubimon... Well anyways, it has white, fiery "gloves" on its feet, two long, blue streamers on the back of its neck, and three blue tails with white at the ends.
Attacks: Same as Ninetales, with the addition of Psychic, Dream Eater, Tri Attack, Hyper Beam (duh), and Extremespeed.

Name: Harmonique
Evolves To: none
Type: Ghost/Dark
Ability: same as Misdreavus, with the possible addition of Superstition*, which raises Special Attack in fog
Kind: Witch Pokemon

Weight: 1 lb.
Description: Harmonique is the evolves form of Misdreavus, if it is female that is. She sometimes draws in passersby by looking cute and sad, but when the victim gets closer, she tries to steal its soul. Or she can make like a Banette and just curse it. This Pokemon also specializes in Perish Song attacks if all else fails in battle. Sing, then flee!
Appearance: Similar to Misdreavus, except with rounder eyes, curlier hair that doesn't fly all over the place, and with a body (finally!). Not much of one, though, because it just looks like a purple dress and no feet, though she has arms that are big and with hands that resemble Haunter's. She wears a dark blue hooded cape with a red sphere at her neck.
Attacks: Same as Misdreavus, with the addition of new Dark attacks like Moonbeam, Night Wave, and other new attacks such as Serenade (like Attract), Plasmaspiral, and Mirror Wave... And she learns Curse and Shadow Ball by leveling up! (30s?)

Name: Telegon

Type: Ghost/Psychic
Ability: same as Harmonique
Kind: Wizard Pokemon

Description: Telegon is the evolved form of Misdreavus, if it is male that is. He is very curious with a personality similar to that of Smoochum, except he usually ends up using his psychic powers on the objects it finds, sometimes distorting them or making them explode or disappear. He is also considered the lover boy of the Pokemon world with his handsome appearance and an easy ability to fall in love. Harmonique usually go crazy when they are around him, but with other Pokemon he will sometimes use the new attack Heartbreak to really cause depression...
Appearance: He has a Misdreavuslike head except with shorter hair, glasses, and a short, flopped over, purple pointed hat with white star and moon shapes on it. He has a body like Harmonique, except he wears a robe with the same pattern as his hat. Unlike Harmonique, he has little feet.
Attacks: Same as Misdreavus, with the addition of Psybeam, Psybolt*, Heartbreak* (described above), Metronome, and Serenade*

Name: Dreemist
Evolves to: none
Type: Psychic
Ability: same as Hypno, with the possible addition of Sleep Wave, which may cause the opponent to fall asleep

Description: Trainers who manage to get attached to their Hypno might meet a surprise when Hypno evolves into Dreemist. Dreemist's hypnotic abilities are somewhat enhanced by its appearance; it gives off some sort of glow that makes others look back at it after a glance. Sometimes they will fall asleep the second they look into Dreemist's eyes. But it's quite protective with its trainer with a personality similar to that of Gardevoir, and it will sometimes even eat its trainer's nightmares so that the trainer won't be troubled by them. But that's a dangerous move because Dreemist can be haunted by the nightmares forever, sonce it can't forget them...
Appearance: Dreemist is one of the Pokemon that looks the most humanlike. It looks similar to Hypno from the neck down, except it's covered with a golden dresslike garment. It has an almost human head with short, golden hair, and its hands and feet are slightly bigger than Hypno's and it doesn't carry a pendulum. It also has gold and yellow, fairylike wings and unforgettable gold and red eyes.
Attacks: Same as Hypno, with the addition of Nightmare, Psych Up, possibly Kinesis and Soul Thief*, and Focus Punch. (Hypnosis+Focus Punch=great combo!)

Sorry about the unsureness of the levels... Wow, I must have gotten carried away... Not all the Pokemon I created are Psychic-type or can learn psychic attacks--Psychic is my favorite Pokemon type, so it was probably a coincidence... :D

Name: Voodoom
Evolves to: Necromant (level 24)
Type: Dark/Poison
Ability: Intimidate/Deadly Gaze (like Static except may also cause flinching)
Kind: Vermin Pokemon

Description: Voodoom's specialty is scaring little kids who wander out at night. It scares them so badly sometimes that the kids have nightmares every night for a year! Whenever someone is brave enough to say hello to this Pokemon, it will scratch him or her with its claws or cause paralysis via Glare. In 2-on-2 battles, this Pokemon will often hurt its partner when that Pokemon starts to battle. This Pokemon is a favorite of hex maniacs.
Appearance: It sort of has the figure of Sneasel, except pitch black in color, with a flame pattern on its head, and red eyes. It has a red star inside a circle on its belly, and a skull and crossbones hanging over it. It also has devil characteristics--two short red horns and a red pitchfork tail. Its claws are long, but not as long as Sneasel's.
Attacks: Mean Look, Curse, Bite, Crunch, Doom Desire, Destiny Bond, Bone Club, Bonemerang, Bone Rush, Flamethrower, Fire Spin, Faint Attack, Nightmare, Glare, Hypnosis, Slash, and Dark Fire*

Appearance: Like Voodoom, except more humanlike. It has a (almost) human head with the same red eyes, spiky purple hair, purple and green bat ears, and fangs. Its body is black in color and has the same pattern on its chest as Voodoom has. Its claws are red, and it wears white pants. It has the same horns and tail as Voodoom and wears a black, batwing-like cape.
Attacks: Same as Voodoom, with the addition of Aerial Ace, Poison Fang, Shadow Ball, Wing Attack, Hyper Beam (duh), Grudge, and Shadow Veil* (Ghost version of Dive/Fly/Dig/Bounce).

Name: Celesol
Evolves to: none
Type: Ghost/Light*
Ability: Serene Grace/Nautral Cure
Kind: Sun Angel Pokemon

Description: Celesol are fairly rare, but they are definitely worth the search. They bring light and happiness everywhere with them, and like Bellossom, they love to dance, or at least some of them do. Celesol always carry a sun wand with them, which is used primarily for their Light attacks like Solarbeam. If you see one without that wand, it is probably a baby--Celesol don't get wands until they are about a year of age.
Appearance: Celesol sort of looks like a doll. It has a round head with humanlike features. It has blue eyes and short, fairly curly, golden hair. It wears a white gown with orange trim and a sun pattern in the middle. It also has four lime green, almost bug/dragonlike wings, a green and yellow halo above its head, and it holds a long, green and yellow wand with a sun pattern at the end.
Attacks: Solarbeam, Sunray*, Sunny Day, Sweet Kiss, Fairydust* (like Softboiled), Soothe Beam* (may cause sleep), Flashback* (KO's opponent in 5 turns), Fly, Flash, and other new attacks...

Name: Ferno
Evolves to: Pyrobic (level 10)

Ability: Flash Fire, Heat Cloak* (can't be burned)
Kind: Flame Pokemon

Description: Ferno is one mad ball of fire! This Pokemon is very resistant to fire attacks because of its flame body. Wherever it goes, it is very likely to catch things on fire. It is also very energetic and quick, so watch out for this Pokemon! Legend also has it that groups of these Pokemon will form and make one huge fireball for attacking. But it's in severe danger if it gets wet or cold...
Appearance: A fireball with red eyes and a mouth, basically.
Attacks: Ember, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Heat Wave, Overheat, possibly Glare... but mostly fire attacks

Atk and speed, but has low Attack and Defense, especially Attack.
Appearance: Like Ferno, except with round eyes with flames on them, and it has arms in the shape of Elekid's except with flame patterns and little pink feet.
Attacks: Same as Ferno, with the addition of Fire Punch and Flame Wheel

Description: Inflamore is known as the "Fire Wizard". This is because it summons fire in various patterns and fireworks unusual shapes, that of which can only be created by magic. Inflamore would also be a perfect fit in a Coolness contest, since it loves to dazzle and astound others. That's exactly what it does in battle. Of course, its fiery attacks are still very powerful at this stage. Its favorite attack is Fireworks, which attacks 2-5 times with varied damage.
Appearance: It has a round, dark purple head with Pyrobic's fiery eyes and a short, skinny neck. It wears what looks like a red, rounded witch's hat with a flame on it and a robe with a fiery pattern on it, and it has white, mittenlike hands and Pyrobic's little pink feet. It also holds a short silver wand that sort of looks like a flamethrower.
Attacks: Same as Pyrobic, with the addition of Magic Coat, Fireworks* (described above), Fire Cyclone* (fiery version of Rollout), Fire Spin, Dark Fire*, Hyper Beam (duh), Sunny Day, Astonish, and others...

Name: Qingrila

Kind: Paradise Pokemon

Description: Qingrila is a legendary Pokemon, the rarest one in the continent of Aquatissea. When it appears, if it glows with a black, burning aura, something bad is about to happen. When it glows white and becomes shiny, something good is about to happen. It can easily shift between its good and evil sides--one day, it can go out destroying cities and forests, and another it can be healing places and reviving sick people and Pokemon.
Appearance: Looks kind of like a cross between Dragonite and Celebi, with shiny silver and white scales and big eyes that can shift between red and blue. Its body can shift betweeen black and white, with red or rainbow streaks on it. Its tail can shift between holographic and curly or black and spiky. Its wings shift between being lavender and angelic or dark purple and batlike. Its horn is always silver and twisty, though. (I'm still unsure of the apearance.)
Atacks: Can learn all attacks.

Well, I'll post another bunch of seven later... I just want to add a few notes:
1. Light is a new type I created; it's an inverse of the Dark-type.
2. Some of the new attacks can be found in the "Make up your own attacks" (or something like that) thread, which is in this section. I'll soon post the others on my website...
3. Yeah, I know the appearance descriptions can be confusing... Some of those Pokemon (except Qingrila so far) have pictures on my website.

Description: Nymphorest is fairly rare. It's usually seen as a tiny, Spheal-like creature with a dragon's tail, but in the forest, it usually spreads its leaves and floats up to soak up the sun. This Pokemon is said to stay calm, even in battle.
Appearance: Looks sort of like a green Spheal with a body and leaves for wings; appearance still unsure because I just created it today :)
Attacks: Razor Leaf, Magical Leaf, Dragon Dance, Solarbeam, Calm Mind, Recover, Psywave, Dragonbreath, Sleep Powder, etc.
