Who also thinks Ash should have got Buizel???

Do you think Ash should have got Buizel instead of Dawn. Dawn has a water type already, Piplup and no she has two water types which i think is kind of unfair considering a lot af questions consorning Ash's water type. So basically
I think Ash should have caught Buizel. Anyone else agree.

Well theres already a thread similar to this one, but yeah i agree, i think buizel, would blend with Ash's team more. Otherwise my second pick is mantyke/mantine for a water pokemon.

Ash was totally cheated outta Buizel. I mean granted that means we'd have to wait a LONG time before Ash caught his sixth pokemon, but still.

I don't watch pkmn Diamond and Pearl much but really Ash almost caught a Buizel!! I think he should of caught it but what happen

How does Dawn deserve Buizel? While she could have others to catch, plus in a pokemon battle having more the one type could make her at a disadvantaged, if she ever considered battling, a couple times.

Why does Ash deserve it? Dawn is a new trainer. Ash has... what? 40 neglected pokemon back at Oak's he could call on whenever he feels like it? Ash still has that Totodile he cheated out of Misty all those years ago.

She has 2 water pokemon... So? Misty had like... 9, and no one ever complained about it.

Yeah but Misty is SUPPOSE to be dedicated to water type pokemon(Sans Togepi and besides its evovled and long gone), so with Misty it doesn't really count.

Ash has 4 water pokemon. He also has 3 flying types (not counting Pidgeot), 3 fire, 4 grass, 32 normal, a ground, electric, ice and poison pokemon as well.

I still don't see how Dawn catching a Buizel as her fourth pokemon is so unfair. :\

I guess it's not as much as it's unfair, as rather Ash is suppsoe to not only catch a water pokemon but Buizel suits him:
A land walking water type
Tough guy
Cool pokemon

Ussually, that's a staple in Ash's team. I guess people are so used to seeing that is the thing.

I agree! Ash should have gotten Buizel! Ash needs a speedy Pokemon on his team. If I were in charge of the D/P season(which regrettably, I'm not), I'd have Ash's team like this:

Luxray
Torterra
Staraptor
Floatzel
Dialga
Rapidash

Let's face it. Pikachu needs a break from travelling. Plus, it would be cool to see Ash start totally anew in Sinnoh. Dialga is an excellent choice and opens up tohe first time one of the main characters has caught a Legendary. Rapidash is speedy and powerful.

Dialga!! Ash should not get a legend pkmn on his team and Pikachu should and will always stay with Ash.n why Rapidash?(he wants to catch Sinnoh Pokemon) this is starting to sound like someone's D/P team, let me guess is this your team on the game lol

Buizel should have been Ash's... Pikachu was the first one to truly damage it and well... being cheated out of a water type does suck. Ash will need to find another water type now, just wonder what he'll go for instead.
