I have a question and i hope someone can answer this.
is it possible to trade from red, blue, yellow, etc. to the pokemon fire red and leaf green? if so how do i do it? if any one can answer this i'd appreciate it.

no, you cannot trade from a GBC game to a GBA or a DS game.
GBC <--> GBC
GBA <--> GBA
GBA ---> NDS
NDS <--> NDS
gameboy advance to ds isnt a typo, you can only put gba pokemon onto the ds, not back.
