What would happen if I encounter a shiny Suicune and it flees? Will its shininess stay?

Although, if it used Roar, you are out of luck. IT is gone forever T_T

Shinys come randomly even once for me the elite four had a shiny but then didn't

Luckily, Suicune can't learn Roar so you don't have to worry about losing that shiny Suicune unless you faint it.

Wow. That is some great news. I was worried that it would not be shiny anymore, and thank goodness suicune does not learn roar. It is strange since he does have roar in the anime.Thanks for the replies.

I dont think roar has to do with anything with losing its shiny, i do believe it always remains the way it is, after the first encounter.
