Has anyone ever had an Eevee in R/B/Y?

Sure I have one... somewhere:classic: -- I remember after having obtained it I thought, "great, another Pokémon for my team", and then I forgot about it, I was too busy trying to beat that Koga guy. I took it with me when I went to Cinnabar, but don't remember what happened later. It's been years.

Now in the FR/LG remakes, the Eevee you get at Celadon is part of my backup team. I have him to help wear down very strong opponnents by using Sand Attack and Facade while my Ivysaur's Leech Seed does the job. Gary (Blue) went down like that once.

Hahaha... Blue Vers.! I actually found Eevee while wandering around lost in Celadon... I walked around that one building and then found an item ball thingy. I was like "Oooo! Item!" But Poof! It was Eevee... I was like amazed.... Haha.... I actually had the TCG cards before I played the game and Vaporeon was the first holo I ever got... So of course I evolved Eevee into Vaporean after having searched high and low for a damned Water Stone... which I bought in the dept. store of Celadon... xD My line-up if I am correct, was Ivysaur(he looked cool but but I later liked Bulbasaur... xD), Pidgeotto, Pikachu(I got lucky on that one... xD), Magikarp(O.o!!! Darned Old Rod...), Butterfree, and Gloom(my CUTter, Which I swapped with Eevee...)
Yeah... I had no Fire-Types until I beat Erika and shockingly found Growlithe/Vulpix (I forget which one you get in Blue) outside Celadon...

Breeding siniy pokemon doesn't work like that, there is no difference in the chance of hatching a shiny pokemon, even if both parents are shiny.

But eventually I transferred it to Emerald.

I was. very. when I found out that it was actually the time in R/S that caused the day and night times for espeon and umbreon, I was pretty angry that I couldn't evolve my eevee into an espeon in FR/LG. especially with the fact that I had no link cable and one GBA. lucky my brother had a link cable and GBA, but he lives almost on the other side of the country, so I had to wait a few months to trade my eevee to my ruby. and then wait an another few months to trade my espeon back to FR. I already breeded eevee by then and evolved in umbreon so I didn't had that problem.

Hahaha... I was about to throw my FR out when I did... but of course I found my chipped Ruby cartridge with my more powerful Pokemon, which I transferred over, and traded my two eevees between the games... I had gotten both forms and was happy... along with others hehehe...

nope, the evolving of eevee to umbreon or espeon involves time. and since there's no time in FR/LG, eevee can't evolve into umbreon or espeon. R/S/E has time (hence the clock at your home {odd that it's only there eh?}), so eevee can evolve into umbreon and espeon in R/S/E.

yeah, that's why I think that the only reason that just one clock (actually two) in R/S/E was because of getting umbreon and espeon. but because you couldn't get eevee in it, there came FR/LG! but there wasn't the time function. so you had to trade. but you actually had to trade anyway to get the hoen pokemon in FR/LG.

that really sucks. if my brother didn't had a GBA and a link cable, then I couldn't get espeon and umbreon either. heck, the link cable wasn't really planned of my brother, it's just that he bought it secondary and that the link cable was included, else he wouldn't have a link cable either. so I'm actually lucky.

Oh, so much so that I can't even explain it. I was being soooo nice to my Eevee, trying to get it to evolve, but he never did and so I'm thinking I'm just bad at making pokemon like me. But then I looked it up and it said you can't evolve it that way so I was just like "screw it" and stopped playing.

In the beginning, where there were only the Stone Eeveelutions, I used to think Vaporeon pretty much matched my personality, as it seemed to be tranquil and observant.
But now that Umbreon has hit the stage, I can say that's quite my personality. Vigilant of things, particularily of he people that compose my "human party", #1 fan of the tranquil nightime, resilent despite my appearance, and pretty huggable (says me, lulz). So yeah, go Umbreon!

I mean, come on, a flying Eevee of sorts would rock. With either "head wings" (à la Shaymin) or an Altaria-like fur.

Possible names? At the risk of sounding obvious, "Aereon". Or maybe take something from latin roots like "Nimbeon", "Soneon", or something like that.

I would suggest a flying version, becuase I've always loved flying pokemon. For a name I would go with Aveon.
Appearance wise I see it looking pretty feathery, with wings coming out from its shoulders, and longer feathers by its feet.

The Dragon version of Eevee would be awesome. First of it would definately be black with the most amazing spikey wings ever. Then, I have to agree with BH, but it will have to have horns as well. It will of course be scaly, but the scales will have the coolest glow to it. The ears will be more pointy and have a sharper edge to it as well. And the neck will be a little bit more extended too. This Eevee might be the only Eevee with claws that are always out though, so it will look amazing!

Well it would be orange, like a dragonite's orange. It would have white silvery wings that look like veils and would be cute and on all fours but could fly. It's eyes would be a cloudy blue and it would have fur but it would still look fluffy... but perhaps not feel that way. I like the idea of it's wings though... but it seems more like a fairy heh ^.^;

Oh my gosh, yes! I tried to get my Eevee to evolve into an Espeon for like a month, and it didn't work! It's probably cause it's happiness wasn't full, though. I should go back and try again . . . <3

I kinda had trouble. I wanted an Espeon and it would always try to be an Umbreon. I didn't realize the whole time thing and ended up throwing my game down. xD

Haha I found out there's a chart for measuring a Pokemon's loyalty. Turns out giving it stuff like Vitamins, using it in Gym Battles (Didn't know that), taking it to the salon and feeding it berries gave a certain amount of loyalty. Vitamins were 5+, so were Gym Battles and leveling up. Hair cuts would range from 3+ to 10+. Berries raised the lowest loyalty, only between 1+ and 3+.

The lowest is 0 and the maximum is 250. Apparently an Eevee evolves between 220 and 250. :X

As for an Eevee dragon evolution, I would think it would be Grey. With red eyes and some sort of dragon-related detail in its body, like pointy ears or a sharp tail.

Well I'm glad to say that my Eevee evolved into an Espeon at level 35 (In my Gold Rom), after a long and patient time of raising it. :P

I find Espeon and Jolteon to be very powerful amongst other pokemon of their type. But I guess other people would rather use other pokemon when it comes to the metagame :X

I like Leafeon and Umbreon the best, but Eevee is great overall. :3

Can I join too? My favorite Eeveelution is Glaceon, cuz it's so cute. I used one in the Nashvill Tennesee VGS tournament. Snow Cloak hax. :] Leafeon and Umbreon are my two other favorites and I think they are all adorable.

Vaporeon & Jolteon are the only OU of the family, Espeon is UU, but can be used in OU if I remember right, the rest are UU...

Umbreon is now OU on Smogon iirc.

How much I hate it to say this, but I sadly have to agree that the Eeveelutions aren't that good in the metagame. I too wished that they were stronger and better in the metagame.....

Yeah, in singles, Scizor and Heatran run the metagame, but that's because the Eeveelutions each need a specific team to work, which is why people don't always use them. For example, Glaceon only fits on Hail teams.

In doubles, they seem to be used more. In the VGS Japanese Sr. Division, the finals had Glaceon vs Jolteon, Hail vs Rain. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FqvUn-1evDc

Hey, how many of you guys would like to see Eevee having a evoultion for each type?

I don't.... I just don't want to see certain Eeveelution types like bug and such... But we all know that they WILL make an eeveelution of every type. And my guess is that, if the Pokemon is still going on at that time (which will probably be), they will make two-typed Eeveelutions.


But, i figured i've been neglecting this club (I've been neglecting this whole site, actually), so i might as well get the nice new members onto the list.

Well from what I hear, they are going to allow for ONE of your six active pokemon to follow you... or so I hear... Sounds interesting! Hehehehe...
