There is loads of pokemon I want from there.

It's the garden in the back of the Pokémon Mansion, south of Hearthome. The special Pokémon you probably want from there are only available after getting the National Pokédex, and you'll have to talk to the owner, Mr. Backlot, to see which Pokémon he happened to see in his garden that day.

Whatever Pokémon he says will be available in the garden as a wild encounter, along with the normal encounters, for that day and the next...at least until you talk to Mr. Backlot again to see a different Pokémon.

Bonsly is a special one, but Pikachu you can get anytime, so no worries there.
