whats the difference between palcity and tokyo fair manaphy

i jus recently got a manaphy from a trade and i asked ppl what kinda manaphy it was 1 said it was from tokyo fair and 1 said it was a palcity amnaphy whats the difference?

Pal City might be the Ranger one, and the Tokyo Fair one might be the event one. I'm not sure, since I don't have a Manaphy or Pokemon Ranger.
