Mew or MewThree?

b4 I start this isn't a post about a new Pokemon called MewThree lol.

I have a Shiny Mew from the Emerald Event, I know somone who got the key item to meet mew and fight it at lv 30!

My question is that was a Japanese event
"Japanese, level 30+, ID no: Original owner, OT: Original owner, in original ball, ticket acquired from Japanese Event and met in Hoenn"

Now all info matches and ym friend swears blind its 100% real and he spent 2 months on resets.

Someone maybe liked the english name better, and since its 3 letters, they nicknamed it mew, possibly.

Its quite possible, the japanese games, only allow you to use 5 letters of text maximum, japanese and/or english.

Well assuming Michiru552, your using an english version right? I think once trade from Japanese to english, the font changes to normal one in the english version.

Just says MEW text looks same as all the other Pokemon

If the text on the writing "MEW" looks bigger than usual, then it is for real. American letters in Japanese games appear kinda distorted and bigger.

Hmm It looks like all the other Pokemon names. they do look big but I can't really tell
