I wouldn't call something like that completely rating cause it has both ubers and levels don't matter and neither does their name but are they even EV trained?
EDIT:Saw moveset for your Togekiss and it's completely horrible.

togekiss(lv.75) Movesets, Natures, etc. would be really helpful. i hate people who just waltz in here and post about level 100 pokemon, and don't even post movesets.
