Well, I don't know about Salac Berry's percentage, but you can't Baton Pass the speed from Unburden.

well i don't necessary like the moveset myself, but for your info, the speed boost from unburden can't be passed on with BP.

salac berry + unburden combined will increase its speed by a total of 100%.

Um....won't Unburden increase Speed if he doesn't have an item? O_o

In that case his speed will only increase from the Salac Berry. Which should still work out nicely.

no, Unburden increases speed when an item is LOST or USED. the english version of D/P has done a bad job of explaining certain functions of the game.

not exactly unburden increases speed when held item is not present or it has been used...

Ok so i'm guessing just the salac berry gives a 50% increase in speed...

Wow, thanks for pointing that out. It's not the first time I've encountered a badly explained ability. *cough* Strong Luck *cough*

Well, keeping that in mind, the set looks appealing. I do not care for Hypnosis much myself, though with that great HP you should be able to afford a miss or two. If it was my Pokemon, I'd replace it with Ominous Wind. It gives him an attacking option, with STAB, in addition to the chance of increasing all your stats.

no, your set is fine. you need substitute to be able to use hypnosis anyway, and safely gain the salac berry's effect.
