EDIT: Forgot to post about your team. Mild is a horrid nature for flareon. In fact, flareon is very bad. VERY bad. Arcanine is much better. Taunt is recommended on gyrados. Also, this team fails w/o EVs. Rock types do a number on this team as do ice types. There are no true walls on this team that can stop powered up sweepers. Infact, if a sweeper powers up on you this team is finished.

EDIT 2: Oh yeah, no ubers is good!

Yeah, sure. Starmie has way Higher Speed then Torterra due to it being a Special Sweeper, a pokemon that has High Stats in Speed and Special Attack. and it has Ice Beam. Tortera is Slow however. so yuo can guarentee that Starmie is going to be moving first.
