My Togekiss & Sneasel/Weavile

I just bred myself a Sneasel with Ice Punch, but I'd already used my Razor Claw on a previous Sneasel to get a Weavile. Is there a way to get another Razor Claw without doing the battle tower hundreds of times? Do Razor FANGS work?

I also wondered which was the best moveset for my Togekiss.

I originally wanted the first one and my tactic was going to be to use Yawn and then Wish, while hopefully not fainting (hence focus sash) and then attacking them while they were asleep while being healed from the Wish.

Hundreds of times? If ur team is that bad that you cant get 48 BP in about 10 continuous rounds then I dont know what to say..

Razor Claws can also be found occasionally on wild Sneasel.
