Welcome to PC.
Make sure to read and follow the rules.
To put in a screen shot you have to have 15 posts first.

Yeah, you can post images when you reach 15 posts,
but to take screenshots yourself, you have to hit the 'Crtl' and 'Print Screen' keys at the same time.

That takes a picture of the computer screen, after which.. you paste it onto Paint.

I dunno if thats what you meant, but just in case..
