Anyway
Turtwig: Brave/Impish. Physical Sweeper/Tank
Chimchar: Modest, Timid. Special Sweeper (learns Calm Mind through level up) This chimchar is only for if you put Torreta and Infernape on the same team, if separate then make him a Physical Sweeper Too (Adamant/Naughty)

Infernape can also be a Physical Sweeper..Actually he is more common as a physical sweeper. Go with Jolly nature for chimchar.
