Negative Factor of PP Max?

I know that Rare Candies can hurt your team in some ways, and I'd like to know if PP Max are similar to that, since I plan to use a few PP Max on some moves that have a low usage amount/PP Points for when I go in the Battle Tower and try Wi-Fi.

Well Rare Candies only hurt if you haven't EV trained I think...

PP Max are perfectly fine there is no negative reaction they have so I say use them till your hearts content

Nope. PP Max has no negative effect. I use PP Max on every move of every pokemon I use. It's a regular thing for me.
My method:

Step 1:Tinker with moveset untill you are happy with it.
Step 2:Apply PP Max to all moves
I have never seen any negative effects to it so I'd say use 'em! They are waaaaaay useful. A trainer's Best Friend as far as items are concerned XD
