I like shiny Glaceon the best, Shiny Umbreon is also very cool ^^ But it depneds on the nature. Also, yes, your pkmn stays shiny when it evolves.

Somone on a forum said it did and sked for my Shiny eevee so he could clone it so I didn't lose its shinyness....

If i got a clone shiny from GTS, and if i evolve it and it looses its shiny, i would be freaking pissed and shocked, cause i loosed another valuable shiny, hopefully thats not the case.

Nope, all pokemon keep their shinyness ^^
So if you got a shiny Charmander, you can look forward to having a black Charizard eventually :)
