lvl 1 untouched. lol. Its for people to EV train but i can EV train it. I have a nearly perfect lvl 100 lonely one. he has 31 in att and 30 in speed. Theyre both legit, took me a long time to breed them

You can't really tell IVs at lvl 1, I think. Clone, grow it to lvl 10, then check its IVs.

hmm... the shiny charmander has flamethrower and flare blitz...not any really good egg moves other than that...only pkmn that have good moves that are past down when bred with a ditto that it already learns eventually

You can't get shinies for a none iv perfect poke. Only other good ivs poke.

Is not that hard if you already have a eved poke of the poke you are trying to get perfect ivs from. Well at least you have an advantage.

But for a none perfect ivs poke (meaning all 31 in every stats) you can't get a shiny. Only others IVs poke.

No... you can get 31 ivs in all stats. It just that will take a long time. Go to smogon and you will see alot of people with perfect ivs so is not impossible just hard.

lol smogon doesn't have perfect iv's in all stats they have perfect iv's in the stats that the pokemon need T_T. Perfect IV's in all stats is virtually impossible to get...

Well I used to see alot of thread and mostly all of them were 31 in all stats. Well maybe they were hacked. But I catch a shinx with 31 in five stats. Maybe not for all stats.

Anyway do you know that you have respond for the weavile you are looking for.
