i was EV training my Darkrai and went to that lady to get teh effort ribbion does that mean i have fineshed all teh stats i can i get from EV training?

If you get the Effort Ribbon, your pkmn has max EVs.

so that basically means i have all the extra stats i could get in ev training?

That means you have all the Effort Values, you wont get all your stats till you level to 100... Just don't use a rare candy on the 99 to 100 level up, you wont get your EV stats. Basically if you're using it on Wi-fi battles, you don't have to go to level 100, but it can happen.

well the darkrai did NOT go to 400 in any stat it only went to 306 sp.atk >.>
