I need some help with my team. I'm not totally sure about it so far, but I'm wondering what I can change or what I can improve on. Well anyway here's my team:
Alakazam@Focus Sash
Hasty Nature
Ability: Inner Focus
Moveset:
Trick
Psychic
Focus Blast
Shadow Ball
Blissey@Leftovers
Bold Nature
Ability: Natural Cure
Moveset:
Sing
Ice Beam
Softboiled
Seismic Toss
Infernape@Life Orb
Naive Nature
Ability: Blaze
Moveset:
Nasty Plot
Flamethrower
Grass Knot
Close Combat
Rhyperior@Leftovers
Adament Nature
Ability: Solid Rock
Moveset:
Avalanche
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Substitute
Salamence@Choice Spec
Modest Nature
Ability: Intimidate
Moveset:
Hydro Pump
Dragon Pulse
Draco Meteor
Flamethrower
Weavile@Choice Band
Jolly Nature
Ability: Pressure
Moveset:
Ice Punch
Aerial Ace
Brick Break
Night Slash
Some friends of mine suggested that I remove Alakazam, and add Ninjask as a "Baton Passer", but I'm not sure what to do.
If anyone can help me out with this team, that would be great.
Thanks!

As far as i can see from what you have posted, you only have one wall. You need a physical wall. Rypherior is a Tank, the way you have him set up, so you only have Blissey. You also suffer from a fighting weakness. You may want to fix that, because fighting is not a good weakness to have.

Any suggestion on Pokemon I could change or add in?

Yeah I was thinking of changing that.
I thought if it had sing, the Pokemon would be out for more than 1 turn, but I'll change it to thuderwave

I need some help with my team. I'm not totally sure about it so far, but I'm wondering what I can change or what I can improve on. Well anyway here's my team:
Alakazam@Focus Sash
Modest Nature
Ability: Synchronize
Moveset:
Energy Ball
Psychic
Focus Blast
Shadow Ball
Pretty good, but Modest Zam in-game since outspeeds everything without Timid, and TrickZam is only good in competitive battling, instead, use Energy Ball.
Blissey@Leftovers
Bold Nature
Ability: Natural Cure
Moveset:
Sing
Ice Beam
Softboiled
Seismic Toss
Bliss is bad in-game. I must admit, though, good in-game set.
Infernape@Choice Band/Life Orb
Naive Nature
Ability: Blaze
Moveset:
Earthquake
Rock Slide / Stone Edge
Blaze Kick / Fire Punch / Flame Wheel / Flare Blitz
Close Combat
CBape is better.
Rhyperior@Leftovers
Adament Nature
Ability: Solid Rock
Moveset:
Avalanche
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Substitute
K.
Salamence@Choice Spec
Modest Nature
Ability: Intimidate
Moveset:
Hydro Pump
Dragon Pulse
Draco Meteor
Flamethrower
I still like the standard Adamence better...
Weavile@Choice Band
Jolly Nature
Ability: Pressure
Moveset:
Ice Punch
Aerial Ace
Brick Break
Night Slash
Perfect.
Some friends of mine suggested that I remove Alakazam, and add Ninjask as a "Baton Passer", but I'm not sure what to do.

Good team to be honest. I wish saw more in-game teams like this.
