a dilemma with milotic

im planning to use milotic on my final team, and i've started breeding feebas'. after 2 straight days of breeding (which is ridiculous considering i was using an everstone on a female feebas with the modest attribute), i have 2 feebas with modest. one has abominable IVs, yet the other has really good IVs... except in the stat that might need IVs the most.

here's the setup i have planned for milotic:

Modest
@Leftovers
-Ice Beam
-Surf
-Mirror Coat
-Recover

and here's the IVs for the feebas i have:

16 HP
15 Atk
27 Def
29 Sat
5 Sdf
29 Spd


should i use this feebas as my future milotic?

its fine. the special defense is too low but it works fine as a physical wall. modest is a good nature, just don't give it any more sp.att ev's and focus on hp and defense.

Seeing this, Milotic should have Restalk to get a physical wall.

Well Milotic's special Defense is already high as it is. So use it.
