You mean coolest in your opinion, right? Battlewise, no he's not, but he is strong.

As for your Luxray, ahat were you thinking? Out of all his moves, why Tackle, or even bite when he has Crunch? Sorry to sound mean, but I can't tell if you're serious.

And by the way, Thunder, with it's 70 accuracy, is a lousy move. Thunderbolt is better, since it's strong, has more PP, and has better accuracy.
