Mhmm. Well the problem is that I didn't get the "Speacial Potion" to heal the Psyduck's headache. I've boiled it down to the fact that instead of following the grunt through the route and onto route 210, I flew to the GTC to try and trade something for a friend. At the time I was unaware of the "Special Potion" so it was a while before I returned to route 210. Although when I did, I didn't get the girl run up to me and give me the potion. I don't wanna restart my game so I'm greatfull of any help going. Thanks..

You should still be able to get if at valor lake from that one girl or maybe you already have the secret potion but don't know it.

I just traded my mate like half of my pokémon to trade me back when I had restarted.. And I just realised after checking my journal, I didn't face Fred [my friend/rival] when I was supposed to at Pastoria.. So I go back there and realise I hadn't even faced the Galactic Grunt T.T'
