I don't understand this

I transfered my blaziken from my ruby and it has a smilie face by its picture in th summery page. What does that mean.

That means it used to have pokrus,but it went away, in the GBA versions it showed a black dot instead of a smily face.

It mean's that a Virus Called PokeRus has Faded Away. Edit: Too late.

It means it had Pokerus, which is a disease which doubles EV gains. When it's gone, the Pokemon will have a smilie face, and the EV gains will still be doubled.
