I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find a transcribed Fire Red manual online.

Just google it! Type in Online pokemon fire red guide, sure enough they're will probably be plenty of them and you can look from there, but instead of searching good I actually recommend you put walkthrough, I hope I was to some assitance.:)

I don't want a guide I want the transcribed manual. Because I lost my manual and I'm selling my Fire Red to my cousin. So I need the manual.

well just tell him you don't have it anyways the Manuel just tells you the basics of how to play its not really that important
