Is a persistent notifications menu a good idea? Or, do you think it takes up space?

    I've already told you my thoughts on this; I like PC's interface right now.. but I'd be open to try it out if you wanted to go forth with it.

    I really like the separate notifications thing :D Something about the notifications now bug me, I think it's how your PM box status is permanently there.
