Little issue

Hey wonderful people of Pokecommuity,I have recently ran into a error on my Sony Vaio laptop this morning which disallows me to even start up window Seven or run in safe mode,the error is right below this bit of text. "windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software might be the cause. To fix this problem: 1.Insert your window installation disk(Which I don't have) and restart your computer. 2.Choose your language settings then clicked next. 3.Click repair your computer". The file directory is /boot/memtest.exe. The status of the file is 0xc000000e. Thank you for reading.
