We didn't last very long did we? Just because I broke it off with you due to my emotional issues about someone who DIED doesn't mean you should move on within minutes. I didn't like how she was hogging your attention. I'm not used to competition. Husbando was pretty reserved and unpopular, unlike you are apparently, despite how you "slag" on your appearance.

"What are you doing?", I asked it nonchalantly, almost not expecting an answer in return. His amphibian-like eyes were trained on the screen in front of him. I could hear through my earphones the hollow clicks of him typing, could see his brow crease with focus, but Skype didn't inform me that he was about to send a chat message.
He took a moment to answer, blinking with his eyes searching innocently the expression on my face. "I'm talking to Scarlett."
"Oh."
"What's wrong, love?" he asked and I smiled at the accent despite myself.
I dropped my head onto my outstretched arm, looking up at him, but knowing that my face was far from his view now. "Nothing." I lied. And my eyes wouldn't be able to give that away.

Some people just move on quicker than others. If it's over, don't let it get to you. Whether it takes them months, days, or years, it wont affect you and what already happened between you two. It would only affect you if it happened DURING the relationship.
Anything after that just makes you end up hurting yourself.. unless it is about trying to salvage a friendship over the breakup or try to be on good terms.Posted July 24th, 2012 at 06:24 PM by Kura
