I have nothing better to do at the moment, I'ma recommend you read two new comics. Even if you've never read a comic before, you just should read them anyway.
> National Comics: Eternity - A recent relaunch of an old series, I decided to give it a go since Jeff Lemire was writing it. It's pretty cool. I usually just stick to super hero comics, but yeah.. #1 was released recently so you should definitely check it out.
> Batman (New 52 Relaunch) - I decided to give this a shot a few months ago, and caught up a few days ago. 11 issues so far, Court of Owls arc just finished, which was great. It's a very clever story, and by #5 by head was starting to hurt (in a good way of course). Scott Snyder can't write a bad comic. haha.
