Please pray for the Phillipines...
Instead of rambling on how annoying my blog posts are and rambling stupid facts about myself, I would dedicate this blog entry to the ones who are affected by the southwest monsoon in the Philippines.
On July 30, we were hit by a typhoon that we call "Gener". It lasted for about 4 days and left the country on Thursday, August 2. At the same time, we were also hit by the southwest monsoon or what we call "Hanging Habagat". By Monday, the next week, classes were suspended due to harsh weather. By Tuesday, offices were also suspended. Floods were now widespread across the northern part of the country. Electricity was down and people were stranded at the roofs of their homes, crying and begging. By Wednesday, the rain was a less harsh than the day before, which was yesterday. And since the southwest monsoon is still here, classes are still suspended tomorrow and for the most populous city in the Philippines, which is Quezon City, until Friday.
I hope that you read this blog and please... pray for the unfortunate in the Philippines.
