Oh god Pikachu, with power like that you truly are Level 100... but wait? You tied with a Latios in the Sinnoh League only to lose to a beginning trainer's Snivy when your Trainer named Ash started his Unova League quest?

NO, THIS CAN'T BE TRUE!

    Didn't you know? Pikachu's level receives a soft-reset in levelling every time Ash steps on a new region. Common sense.
