Fitness Goals: Significant Progress Made

Well, I made a to-do list and quite frankly didn't really focus on completing much of it.
But, in a way I have pretty much paved the way for all my fitness goals, now that I exercise regularly.
I wanna summarize my achievements just so I can see how they add up.

- Running 3 times a week (7 km)
- Gym 3 times a week (with dad)
- Nike Training 3-4 Times a Week
- Maintaining mostly healthy diet
- Ability to look good in a towel

- You weren't expecting that kind of towel but there it is
yay for achievements
