Dealt the wrong cards.

I'm very aware that I'm terrible at taking complaints from other people, which in turn makes me angry. When I'm angry I don't know how to deal with it. I've never been very good handling my anger. I lash out, and I stay angry for a long period of time. I can punches pillows all I want but that doesn't help me.

I'm just curious to see how other people deal with their anger. What do you do when your angry?

    If I'm angry I listen to heavy music and try to find something to distract me from the anger, which usually means playing games that require thinking(Fire Emblem or League of Legends) or I go out and hang out with my friends and forget about my worries or anger. Lately though, I found out that working out is a really good way to relieve stress and anger. It's productive too since in the end I gain muscle xD

    Those all sound good. Sometimes I listen to really aggressive music but I'm not sure if that's helping or aiding. Aha. I think I might try to read and see if that helps take my mind off of things. I can't hang out with my friends when I'm angry because I usually snap at them. Sometimes it works but I'd rather not take that risk. I'm far too lazy for working out.
