Scramble Challenge (if that's what it's called)

Hm so I've never really played Generation I! I think it's time to amend that so... I'm gonna start scramble challenge! (if that's what they're called? That's what I shall call it anyway!)
So basically what happens, is you the readers decide the rules of said challenge! They can be anything, as long as it is possible and doesn't require trading etc. I'll accept the first.... seven (since it's my favorite number!) rules that I get! :D
So yeah one rule per person gogogo! (And please post or I'll be sad lol) And if you want to choose a mon for my team go ahead I guess? But either a rule or a mon, not both.
I'll also post updates that will probably be huge, so stay tuned for that?

OMG YOU FINALLY WILL PLAY GEN 1!!! You will love it so much. I will start you off with an easy rule: (sorry if you hate my rule)

I thought Scramble Challenges was giving you Pokemon with odd Restrictions...ah well.
