    If it makes you feel better, I think RS are prone to weird **** like this. My first playthrough of Sapphire, Brendan's Mudkip had Water Gun for the first battle and it let me teach my Pelipper Dive. lol

    I bet it's the crappy coding…RS has bunches of trash in its system from what I know.
