Victorian Government transport failure

Blame everything on Connex? I don't think so.

Nine city lines miss out on new trains
Thirty-eight trains on a dying transport system. The purpose of these trains was to alleviate crowded trains and run the system more efficiently, but what good is that when the trains can only run on half of the screwed up system?

I don't wanna live here anymore. :( Getting on crowded trains is a horrid thing.
